1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the rss777 platform at rss777.app (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the rss777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration
To access rss777's gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:
- One Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one rss777 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. If you have lost access to an existing account, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new registration.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other information required. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

- Valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, or a valid passport

5. Deposits
All deposits to rss777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits:
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

- Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours from approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

10. Account Suspension & Closure

- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation
- Underage gambling
- A valid self-exclusion request
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, rss777 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g. inactivity), the remaining balance will be returned to the account holder following KYC confirmation.
